Liked: Room was nice conformable bed and spacious
Disliked: I had a family with kids above me. And it was very nosey at times and for hours at a time it felt like they were in my room. The audit walked loudly. The place was not to busy and they should of put family with kids on the first floor not the upper floors, I should get some kinda discount on my stay ? The manager said nothing they can do because I use a 3rd party. To get maybe a discount on my stay.

Convenient to Eagle Crest gated...

Disliked: I didn't see that they offered breakfast. The toilet was wiggly, carpet needed vacuumed. Molding in tub needed replacement and soap rack was rusty.

Don't take the elevator

Liked: Pretty grounds
Disliked: Got stuck in the elevator for 50 minutes then when we called the front desk after their tech got us out they were rude. TV in both rooms didn't work. Very out dated for a "resort"

It was a nice location

Disliked: We had to change rooms because some things didn't work in the room, and there was no microwave to warm up food, TV was small, not enough outlets near the beds to plug in phone. And you didn't even offer a bit of a discount, when we had to move to another room. Otherwise it was ok.

Cheap value, cheap quality

Disliked: Rooms are old and outdated. Beds are uncomfortable.
