Convenient, rooms were clean and...

Liked: Room very clean and very comfortable

Convenient location with very helpful...

Liked: The staff was great very friendly and helpful. I declined the offered room change because I didn't want to be a problem and also didn't want to have to move our stuff.
Disliked: The toilet handle was broken so had to use the lever inside for the two days. Not a big deal. What was the problem is hard as a rock beds kill your back and make you not sleep at all. Apparently my daughter didn't have a problem she says I'm princess and the pea.

Liked: Super clean and super close to the Clinic@ Duke.
Disliked: If I have to choose a dislike, it would be the parking.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The staff was rude from the jump at check in, the shuttle driver was nasty from the start to even get on the list, checked in and went to the hospital, came back and key was deactivated. Our check out was wed morning, my brother went to get coffee down stairs, staff was rude and when he went back to get his belongings before check out.. they was already cleaning his room due to them prematurely checking him when check out was at 11.
