Disliked: Price too high for the these issues: Bathroom: needs repairs: Drains were clogging, tissue holder had no rod where tissue rolls, no outlet where coffee pot is, need more outlets, pods/packets for coffee machine too large (due to that, coffee leaked all over because it did not fit properly), no refrigerator,

Liked: Casino up the road
Disliked: Dirty bathroom, hair on bathtub, dirty shower curtain, bee hive on sliding door, bee went in room while trying to go out balcony, fan on bathroom didn’t work full of debris, dusty furniture. Outside needs attention not very clean.

Never again

Disliked: Dogs barking in the a.m. from down stairs rooms, no internet working and front desk was rude about it when we asked, no fridge, hot tub available 1st night then shut down 2nd night, bathroom had hair on the floor and it was really inconvenient to check into the Cliff Castle hotel instead of the the Lodge. Security hassled us about parking even though one of the parking attendant told us too, to check in. I have a 5 year old and it was a long drive due to accidents on I-17 so it would've been nice to not have to deal with that situation
