Liked: The breakfast was excellent and provided a good range of food options. Our room wax on the fourth floor facing the mountain and the view was absolutely spectacular. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean.

Disliked: Only one hot tub worked outside. Drains were broken and no jets working. Outdoor grill was nasty and smelly. Only 2 of the 4 burners worked. No heat in the room so we had to move. New room, toilet seat was broken. Shower leaked. No fire in the fireplace downstairs in the lobby. They removed breakfast while I was still eating and would not let me get anything else. Pancake maker did not work. I had to ask them to unlock the milk so I could eat cereal.
