Liked: location in relation to the slopes
Disliked: the eggs at breakfast are terrible! Too much chorine in the hot tub

I would not use again.

Liked: Hotel was well located (but a bit basic, and breakfasts were bad).
Disliked: Hotel charged my debit card twice: (1) every few days (pro rata), which they say was an attempt to pre-authorize, but the money just came out of my account, (2) full amount at the end (even though I asked them not to take it as they had already charged). Hotel were not helpful in sorting this out. Eventually bank refunded automatically after 7 days. But to have $5000 extra taken out of your bank account even for 7 days is a big inconvenience. Unprofessional of the hotel - and a breach of contract.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Aaron and Abraham assisted at every opportunity. They should be congratulated on an excellent job. The scheduled bus trips to and from Base Camp were really helpful.

Liked: The staff at the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and comfortable. I like that they have a nonstop coffee and tea free bar available to guest as well as water and fruits. Hotel is relatively close to the base, almost walking distance.
Disliked: The breakfast buffet could be better, especially for the amount of money we pay for our stay (more than $6000 for a week!) Also the cash bar could be better stocked with a variety of better wines and bar food choices. They only had a choice of one "boxed" red and white wine.
