Nice and small boutique hotel...

Liked: Super location if you want to be in South Beach, nice restaurant. Most rooms seem to have balconies, which is a big plus.
Disliked: 100EUR deposit per night (thus 700 for a week) is quite a lot, don't understand why the deposit depends on the length of the stay.

Liked: Lovely place, close to the beach, with an excellent restaurant with great coffee (for Europeans) embedded in the hotel. All aspects worked well, and the staff were very nice to deal with. I'd happily return, whether with family or if I was in the area on business.

Overall great hotel and will...

Liked: Property was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice boutique hotel away from the noise and crowds. Beach access with umbrellas available as well as a rooftop wading pool. Restaurant was is very good!!
Disliked: We’re not informed until the night before that the restaurant would be closed for two days. Nor were we told about the construction noise that would start at 7am in the restaurant.

Good location, but bad A/C...

Liked: The location, pool and the size of the room.
Disliked: We complained about the A/C of the rooms since it was warm, and the day after, they explained to us that the hotel has a policy that the rooms can't go lower than 72°F even though we went during the summer season—the first time hearing about a policy like that in Miami and about that hotel.
