Liked: great staff, cafe/bar at the bottom, events in the evenings, great location / close to subway, towel provided
Disliked: beds were incredibly uncomfortable, i could feel every individual spring. also no privacy curtains on beds

Liked: The bar and the common area were nice. The kitchen is big. The bed is comfortable.
Disliked: The shower was leaking, the shower curtain smelled really bad. There is no privacy curtain on the beds. The staff is polite, but they were busy talking on their phone with friends while helping me out. You get a free drink, but when I asked for a machiatto a person there told me they dont know how to make a machiatto so I ordered something else instead.

Liked: The lounge area was nice and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the location was pretty good, close to a variety of stations. Towel is provided. I did not use the cafe/bar but it is convenient. Overall, good for a short stay!
Disliked: The showers were teeny and the water pressure was very strong which can be a good thing but it was not adjustable! No shelves around the bed area for belongings, no individual bed lights and no curtains. Information could be provided regarding any activities provided or surrounding area recommendations. Lastly, bag storage on last day is $2 although the page said $1.

Excellent Hostel!

Liked: Really easy to get into Manhattan via the subway that was close by. The property was really clean, modern, and there were lots of spaces to relax, as well as socialise. The staff and the bartenders were super friendly. The surrounding area was well-lit and didn’t feel unsafe.
