Comfortable and friendly

Liked: Not our first stay here and definitely won't be out last. Comfortable and friendly hotel & restaurant with excellent food.
Disliked: Not much to dislike unless you want sterile modernity!

Liked: Breakfast very reasonable price for choice, good coffee served by lovely staff. Bacon particularly nice.
Disliked: Very warm bedroom, previous occupants had isolated the radiator - when it was sorted that may have been reason. Due to heat very thirsty in the night but cold water tap ran warm - bottles of water would help.

Fabulous, relaxing and cosy

Liked: From the moment we arrived the staff could t have been more helpful. From check in to booking dinner and having my brother and sister in law join us as non residents for breakfast. The room was lovely overlooking the Main Street and the bed (although quite creaky and spongy
Disliked: Internet wasn’t brilliant and no hairdryer in the room. There was a note in the stairs to ask for one if needed but it was too late by then! Neither issue would prevent me stating there again I would just remember to ask for a hairdresser.

Liked: Beautiful old building and great location, food was great and the staff were amazing.
Disliked: Room was cold, radiator didn’t seem to work on the night I stayed.
