Not sure if this room was for handicap accessible or if all the bathrooms are like this but the shower was not enclosed at all from the toilet and we took one shower and the both the bathroom and four feet into the bedroom were soaked! It was disgusting - didn't drain at all. There were puddles all night, I have pictures too! I was appalled - I hope no one has to go through what we did. I walked through cold puddles to pee throughout the evening - it never drained. Super disappointed for $200 a night?! Unbelievably terrible on top of the hour and a half late check in. They let us park an extra car for the inconvenience and tried hard at a customer service level but the room, OMG, atrocious.

The parking was free and convenient. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was big. All in all, a good experience with no complaints.

Staff was great - they even opened the store for us to get a snack after our concert. Fantastic location. We will stay there again for sure. The courtyard is beautiful!

Nice little space with access...

Liked: I like the property. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Parking was easy with the additional payment otherwise street parking would’ve been hard.
Disliked: They stopped offering breakfast in October so during check in the front desk didn’t give us out breakfast coupon. We had to go back and show him our booking in order for it to be honored.

Disliked: The air conditioner was not cleaned for some time, so the smell when it was turned on was horrible. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everyone and everything. Loud music is not allowed, but multiple days other tennants were listening at night.

Liked: Nice room with good breakfast options. In a good location close to the city centre. Had parking available at a decent price. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: Small lift. One of the deposit payments was not charged correctly and it took time for them to correct.

Amazing stay for the value...

Liked: It was our first time staying here and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and our room was better than expected. Everything we needed was included in the room (microwave, ironing board, fridge, etc.) The cafe and lounging area downstairs and outside was also extremely convenient.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom is motion activated, which was a bit annoying. Since it was so loud, we would turn it off, but it would turn on again about 15 seconds later :(
