Not sure if this room was for handicap accessible or if all the bathrooms are like this but the shower was not enclosed at all from the toilet and we took one shower and the both the bathroom and four feet into the bedroom were soaked! It was disgusting - didn't drain at all. There were puddles all night, I have pictures too! I was appalled - I hope no one has to go through what we did. I walked through cold puddles to pee throughout the evening - it never drained. Super disappointed for $200 a night?! Unbelievably terrible on top of the hour and a half late check in. They let us park an extra car for the inconvenience and tried hard at a customer service level but the room, OMG, atrocious.

The parking was free and convenient. The air conditioning was wonderful and the bed was big. All in all, a good experience with no complaints.

Staff was great - they even opened the store for us to get a snack after our concert. Fantastic location. We will stay there again for sure. The courtyard is beautiful!

Disliked: When I got to the hotel I basically was overcharged also told that I wasn't charged when I went to check my card I was overcharged however I was told that I basically could get my money back if I can prove that I was overcharged I emailed them and also was lied to as to them not taking my money however the next day the lady did not want to give me my money back in cash I use card and cash I was told that they can pay me back in cash because I paid cash and basically I was told something different however I still have not received my money also was charged for a late checkout I was told that it was $25 when I when I looked at my bank statement it was $29 taking out my account I've never been charged for a late checkout the staff doesn't care they keep calling your phone basically when you're trying to get rest and I just didn't like it it was rude I felt like basically all they wanted was my money
