A great place, with great...

Liked: Phil and Kim were super friendly, welcoming hosts, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was excellent. They were able to accommodate a food allergy with no problem. The common rooms were nice, and were a place we felt comfortable hanging out in. Sometimes, in a smaller sized inn, you can feel like you are intruding into the hosts house or feel like you are "on top" of the other guests, but Phil and Kim have found a great balance between the coziness of a bed & breakfast, while still providing a sense of privacy in the guest rooms. We would definitely stay there again, and highly recommend it!
Disliked: The only thing we noticed that could be improved on was that the water pressure in the shower was low.

Liked: Overall great value - location and facilities were good. Hot tub and breakfast were nice complimentary additions to our stay, would recommend the place to families and couples.
Disliked: Bathroom in one of our rooms had an unpleasant smell, was probably due to lack of ventilation.
