Liked: The staff was invaluable and friendly. The breakfast was great, and there was a lot of selection to suit all tastes.
Disliked: The mattress was not so comfortable. The bathroom had a strong smell of damp - and someone's earrings were left on the cabinet.

Comfortable country Inn.

Liked: Very nice atmosphere, staff all very nice. Lovely spot. Nice accomodation and leisure facilities. The breakfast was very good. The lounge is very nice to sit in at any time with lots of comfortable leather sofas and big windows. Quite relaxed, nice to sit and read or just chill. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
Disliked: Parking is very limited. We just used public car park and paid the extra. But at £21 for 3 days not too bad. Although I believe you can use the sister hotels carpark. Had a meal in the resturant/bar at night. I would advise to book a table as busy. The meal was nice although my partner had the braised lamb which was lovely but the portion of mash with it was small - Although very tasty. We ordered extra fries to fill him up.
