Disliked: There's something about hotel shower design that makes no sense. Like many other places, you have to standing IN the shower to turn it on and also adjust the temperature. It's crazy. Skipped the shower completely since I didn't feel like freezing

Despite the great location and...

Liked: I liked the hotel’s convenient location, the clean room, modern lobby design, and the friendly, professional desk attendants who were always ready to help.
Disliked: I was disappointed by the multiple issues in the room, such as a broken sink drain, a malfunctioning A/C unit that emitted a bright light, unusable charging ports, a poor view from the window, and the unexpected additional cost for parking, which wasn’t communicated upfront.

Decent, but somewhat overpriced.

Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Housekeeping was slipshod —previous guest’s hair on the shower walls; mildew around the base of the shower. Chambermaids did not replenish coffee and soap unless specifically asked.
