I forgot I was in...

Liked: It was a birthday gift. They decorated the room so nice. Warm friendly environment. Very clean,vegetarian breakfast was amazing. I would definitely be coming back and would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: Heating was fluctuating from cold to hot when on 27 degrees. Water was running from the cistern for a while after flushing.

Clean and excellent sheets

Liked: Clean, good size room with excellent sheets.
Disliked: Room was very hot when we arrived, had to request the heating turned down, which was done eventually.Car park not available and a difficult to park. Pillows could be improved.

Poor

Disliked: The room stank of cigarette smoke that was entering through the bathroom. The whole room stank and the bathroom was almost unusable. Reported to the front desk, but no call back.Went to breakfast and despite it not being busy, we waited 30 minutes for 2 simple breakfasts.

Superb

Liked: Super friendly and professional receptionists. The food (room service) from the restaurant was brilliant. Great accessibility to public transportations with very short commute to bus stations with routes to Stratford. The room was bright and clean.
