Liked: Very conveniently located to the amphitheater (only 1.4 miles away, and right on the same road as the amphitheatre). The bathrooms were obviously newly remodeled. Nice shower, toilet, and vanity. The room has a microwave and fridge in it. The bed was fairly comfortable. Also, we were able to park right outside our room. Front desk staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room we had was pretty small (one bed, 1 chair, 1 nightstand), but it was fine for two people. The hotel is located on a pretty busy road, so you can hear the traffic going by from inside the room. It doesn't have much atmosphere or any kind of view, but if you are looking for a clean room that is close to the St. Augustine Amphitheatre and reasonably priced, this will fit the bill.

Liked: If you are looking for somewhere to simply just sleep, this is a great place. Nothing lavish, but exactly what you need for a quick stay in St. Augustine.

Probably wouldn't stay at this hotel again - would use this website again though.

Dirty, smelly, unkempt, there are...

Liked: The location is fine, a 25ish minute walk to downtown Saint Augustine across the Lion Bridge.
Disliked: The room smelled horribly of mildew. The lock on the front door was broken and when we made staff aware they just said they 'legally arent required to have it' so nothing was done, i thankfully had a door jammer alarm with us to provide some sense of security. The sink and shower did not drain, one hand wash and it was clogged. Less than 2 minutes in the shower, the water was spilling over the ledge; this led me to assume the room wasn't properly cleaned because how could housekeeping not notice that if they had cleaned the room? The sheets were stained, and the noise from the road is pretty loud but understandable for a motel. I'm in my early 20s, I've stayed at low-star hotels multiple times, but this was the worst; I felt dirty and uncomfortable being there. When we checked out and expressed our concern to the front desk, all we got was a 'sorry' as she grabbed the keycard.

Disliked: For the price, its's not worth it. Parking is uncomfortable, the bathroom is super tiny. Everything just looks so old and outdated. There was a door towards the back of tge room which honestly made us uncomfortable.w
