Disliked: I was staying there for over a week, and did they not do the bed/change the towels, even though that option was selected at the start. Had to call every day for 5 days before they start doing it on day 6. Due to the room not done, had to call for room service and witness multiple times where the pillow would get thrown on the floor, and once the clean sheets are on the bed, the now contaminated pillows then get picked up and thrown back on the bed - taking whatever germs with it. When they finally "did the room" they only did 1 bed and not mine - not sure if this hotel likes to play practical joke, it is not funny and they did not apologise nor cared. Not only did the hotel not put customer service as priority, they were full of EXCUSES - "well there must be something on the bed for it to not get done" - like no, there's nothing personal left on the bed. Nor was any sign left at the door to not disturb - all the excuses made it more infuriating. It is expensive for this level of standard, I paid an extra $1k to stay here instead of Flamingo which is just next door. Save your money and go elsewhere!
