Disliked: •Noisy Room Location: The second-floor room near the parking garage was extremely noisy due to yelling, car horns, and alarms throughout the night.•Public Parking Issues: Parking was open to the general public, not explained during booking, and the garage was often full. The key card frequently failed when entering or exiting.•Rude and Unhelpful Staff: Most staff, including the front office and in-house services supervisor, were rude, dismissive, and lacked hospitality, except for the room service delivery individual.•Room Service Fee Transparency: The delivery fee did not clearly state that a tip was already included, causing confusion about tipping.•Poor WiFi: The “free” WiFi was slow and unreliable, frequently disconnecting during use.
