Disliked: Nothing not to like maybe early check in fee is expensive $60 compare to other hotels Is like $25

Exceptional

Liked: Arrive late, they have the most comfortable beds, and staff was so courteous and polite.
Disliked: It wasn't nothing that I didn't like, I just wish they had breakfast

The regional manager will now...

Liked: The staff that was having some kind of cleaning/social meeting right outside my room at 8 AM. They ignored the first 2 very polite requests to please be quiet, and on the 3rd time we came out very upset, we were told by them to hold on and this time mocked. After that, we called the front desk and had them on the phone and they also asked what was that background noise. It was their staff!
Disliked: Rude, loud and disrespectful staff. We planned future trips there for work (large contract). Now we are actually shocked at what happened.
