Liked: Location.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard; the sheets were stained, the bathroom contained significant amounts of hair, and the curtains were falling off, despite being easily repairable. Additionally, there was no hot water available for an entire day, which was surprising and inconvenient, as it felt as though we were in a remote area. Moreover, the receptionist, Samantha, attempted to charge me for two days of parking for the duration of my stay, despite my clarification that I only had the rented car for one day. It appears their practice is to charge guests arbitrarily and only provide receipts at the end, leaving guests unaware of the actual charges. I also observed other guests expressing their dissatisfaction in the lobby. In conclusion, I would advise against staying here. Las Vegas offers superior hotels for the same price, such as Excalibur, which provides excellent service and an Avis rental service in the lobby.

Disliked: On our final day/night our room was not cleaned, so that meant we had no clean towels for the day of our checkout, the lack of staff, also there was a big wet patch on the floor and the toilet seat was broken, we reported it to two different people directing guest to check in and nothing was done, until I called the desk and they fixed it the next day 3 days in to our stay, the lack of staff to actually speak too, instead of using the booth to check in and out, I asked if I could change my mode of payment at checkout, and told not a problem they could do it, but on checkout I was unable to change the payment resulting in a bank fee that I wasn't happy about, I would not stay there again!
