Liked: It was very comfortable and chic decor. The property as a whole is lovely.
Disliked: The ac wasn’t working so it was hot

Liked: lovely room great location.
Disliked: Staff made an error while checking out and was unapologetic and nasty.

Liked: Cocktails were great. Coffee delicious. Brunch was very enjoyable.
Disliked: Bed was comfy, bedding a little cumbersome

Liked: Nice bar. Great toiletries.
Disliked: Staff really rude & unfriendly. Wasn’t welcomed to hotel. None of the staff said please or thank you or smiled. No offer to help with baggage or show me the room. Uneven experience.

Needs a refresh

Liked: The hotel is in a good location for visiting friends and family in that part of DC. Lots of amenities nearby (restaurants, fast food, drug store, supermarket etc).
Disliked: I felt like the room was very run down and it smelled like stale urine. The hotel felt generally rundown and uncared for. I did not feel safe on the streets outside the hotel. I felt constantly pressured by aggressive hustlers outside the hotel on the street walking to get coffee or supermarket etc.
