Excellent!

Liked: The location was perfect for our 1 day stay. Within walking distance of all we wanted to do and see. Staff was efficient and friendly and very helpful.

It was one of our...

Liked: The hotel seemed very well cared for and was comfortable to stay in. The coffee shop on the first floor had really good food and coffee though it was pricey. Also liked that we didn't have humidification problems in the room like we have had in other hotels.
Disliked: Limited parking options (at least that we were made aware of) without paying a substantial amount but that may also just be due to the premium location.

Liked: Location and the team in the bar and restaurant
Disliked: My room looked over a flat roof with equipment on it and a view of a wall. When asked to move a lady on the front desk was not interested and said what did I expect from a city hotel . Her attitude was extremely poor. The pool on the Saturday was so busy circa 25 people in it drinking so a waste of time

Disliked: The breakfast offering was similar to that of a budget hotel. Take out and very poor. We went to the local Hyatt for breakfast which was excellent.
