Liked: The location of the property is fantastic—right in the middle of one of the most vibrant areas in Lisbon. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay even better. Overall, it was an amazing and really comfortable experience!

What a luck we found...

Liked: Nice clean newly renovated room and bathroom. On fourth floor we even had a narrow balcony. Nice breakfast room and a good enough breakfast. Welcoming and helpful staff.Perfect location, close to everything!
Disliked: Tiny reception. Narrow staircase and small elevator.

Great location, nice stuff, but...

Liked: Location is great, but you must be ready to the sounds from the street all the time even night. Rooms are not big, but pretty. Staff is young and nice :)
Disliked: Very bad shower mixer, water is always cold. There is no private when you are in shower or wc, because of the window door. But we know about this design, when made a reservation. Breakfasts are realy poor, for this value - it must be more better…

Perfect location with very friendly...

Liked: Very nice staff at the reception, both day and night, very accommodating and friendly . Nice breakfast, run by two very nice ladies who really had to work hard during busy periods. Spacious room with balcony with good view over the city. Overall building a bit outdated, but that added to the charm. Location in the middle of the city was perfect.
Disliked: Very small elevator and very slow. Pity there was no small bar or foyer to sit together as the lobby was quite small.

Liked: Location, location, location. We heard many horror stories about the hills of Lisbon. This location allows you to go to dinner every night with no stress. Staff was great.
Disliked: The room had been well used and needed a refresh. Bathroom is internal and not vented in an old building so upon our return I had a musty smell.
