Great place

Liked: Great central location and helpful staff
Disliked: The quarters were a tiny bit tight for two larger Americans. Note the flights of stairs are a bit much, there is a lift that helps but it is slow. But when you can’t make yourself walk up any more stairs that is a welcome option

Liked: The renovation was well done.
Disliked: It isn't accessible. The lift is only for luggage.

Good place if you can...

Liked: Completely renovated apartment, excellent bathroom, spacious living room.
Disliked: Third floor and the elevator can only carry luggage. I have reduced mobility, which made the stay less comfortable.

Liked: It was very clean and in a great location.
Disliked: Apartment door hard to open sometimes but other than this nothing negative.

Pleasant and comfortable appartments. Good...

Liked: The location and the view very great. Comfortable and modern appartment. The windows were sound-proof and there was no noise from the surrounding streets.
Disliked: Our appartment was on the top floor and the lift was out of order during the entire stay. It wasn't pleasant taking stairs- (5 floors + ground!) with a toddler... and carrying bags was also a massibe pain. The hotel did not offer any compensation or nice gesture to smooth this problem. Also, when I asked the reception for more tea bags, they asked me to come to the reception and take it... 5 floors up and down and walk around the building... Not sure I wanted a cup of tea so much tbh. There was nowhere to hang or put clothes in the bathroom, personally I don't like to put my clothes and a clean towel on a toilet seat. The appartment had a dishwasher, but the dishwasher tablets were not provided. We ate in one night, but I wasn't going to buy a pack of dishwasher tablets for one wash. I don't get why not to make a coupe of tablets available. Most people would eat out most of the nights anyways.

Perfect Family accommodation.

Liked: Perfect Location and a wonderful bolt hole for a family. Rare to find a hotel that accommodates a family within one space. To have a space to socialise once the children have gone to bed was an absolute game changer. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional

Liked: Clean & Comfortable. Great location in city centre
Disliked: I suspect not many people cook in the apartment but the kitchen equipment would benefit from also having a teatowel, oven gloves and sharp cooking knife too. It has plenty of plates & glasses etc

Disliked: On 4th floor and lift not working - they need to install a new efficient one as this is a consistent problem in our he apartment block. Carpet on stairs to apartment threadbare in places and dangerous
