Liked: rooms were great.Location was great.Main floor was amazing

We enjoyed a comfortable stay...

Liked: We were in Boston for a medical appointment at Mass General and the hotel is practically attached to the hospital. The lobby is impressive and the room and bathroom were very comfortable. We were offered champagne upon arrival.
Disliked: We requested an extra blanket and it never came. My husband had to go down to the front desk to request one again.

Liked: Location, ambience, staff,restaurants and the lounge
Disliked: The hotel is not a luxury hotel, just an expensive hotel. The leather couch in our room was so worn the Salvation Army would probably not accept it as a donation! My wife wouldn’t even sit on it! The porcelain sink was cracked, the door on the refrigerator compartment was on the wrong side so one had to struggle to get into the fridge, and the heating system was so loud it sounded like a jet was taking-off just outside the window! This is not a luxury hotel except for the restaurants, the lounge and the staff—the staff were terrific!
