Overall good with deficiencies

Liked: Location, gym, free bottles of water
Disliked: No mini fridge. No coffee facilities. Very small room.I requested a room with 2 single beds by email to the hotel 2 months before as travelled with my son. However they still only provided a king size bed to share even with so much notice.

Liked: Nicole!! There was a small glitch in finding my reservation a few hours before my arrival. It caused a small amount of panic, but Nicole went above and beyond to fix the situation. Her patience, grace and kindness truly helped wrap up a difficult year and provide hope in humanity for the future. So much gratitude.

Four time overpriced hotel

Liked: Location is good. Lobby has sime place to sit and hangout.
Disliked: For the price paid, 2000$ for 5 nights it should have better bathroom without rust, broken pieces of tub, mirror and door; nor making horrible sound pipes when someone is showering, have a fridge and coffe machine.

Overall a decent stay ....

Liked: Friendly and clean . Sent a text when my room was ready .
Disliked: The rooms could use an update . Shower / tub was old looking , tiles too . Bathroom faucet was loose . Bed linens weren’t very soft and had to call down for extra blanket as there wasn’t one on bed
