Overall a beautiful hotel but...

Disliked: Didn’t like that if you left your luggage before check in , you would be charged per luggage and in the bar the service charges were applied on the regular price during happy hour.

Good, we'd love to stay...

Liked: Nice lobby, room space, bed and bath were comfortable, overall good quality of the property. The staff was kind and willing to help.
Disliked: The hotel has lot of potential to be great, and leave a lasting positive impression, however, 2 factors were far from excellent. The room was not available at 6:30pm that we tried to do the check in on 11/9, we almost got late to a personal commitment at 7:30pm. We stayed in the room 1126 from 11/9 to 11/10 and the noise from the ice machine is annoying. We didn't have a pleasant and restful night.... . Overall is a good hotel, but Not sure if we would go back due to this... staff was kind. We live in Jersey and stay overnight frequently in the city attending social events.

Enjoyed the room and location...

Liked: The location is great for being in mid town and getting to many attractions in the vicinity. The bed was comfortable and room had amenities such as coffee maker and safe.

Good location, hotel very tired!

Disliked: 1st room I was allocated on level 4 was extremely noisy as the air on units were literally outside the window! The shower head was hanging off and lots of limescale on the tiles. Complained moved to 16th floor, only to be next to an extremely noisy room party with blasting music!!

Liked: Randy was Absolutely outstanding in rectifying a registration problem. Everything within his power was done and done well. Kevin outside was also very helpful for our handicap situation. Thanks!!
