Outside beautiful - inside many...

Liked: Outside it looks impressive + cool rooftop
Disliked: They have besides renovated rooms as well super old rooms with furnitures with a lot of scratches - like in a youth hostel. They still sell this rooms to their guest for over 200 euros per night. The rooms feel a bit claustrophobic because you can’t open any windows at all. Its like living in an aquarium.

Disliked: This is the second time we've come and we can't get into the spa, there are no places( It's a pity that they moved Tapas Hour to the 25th floor (little space and stuffy), it was much better on the 24th)

Liked: I have stayed prior and was looking forward staying again!
Disliked: All was great just the shower had a slight gap between the door and the wall so bathroom was slightly flooding when showering.The mugs/tea spoons left in the room weren't properly cleaned, had dried up coffee stains in the mugs and the teaspoons had dried up food on them. Apart from that all excellent.
