Liked: Super location, a short walk to town or down to the seafront. The staff were friendly and the property was immaculate. My room had everything I needed and the breakfast was delicious

Excellent location , good value.

Liked: Very good location for Princess Pavilions, just a five minute walk to there and the seafront. A small car park but plenty of on road parking near by. I wasn’t given much info at reception- front door lock times, breakfast times, wi-fi etc. nor was there any info in the room. The room was very clean and comfortable but with a strange smell - Covid bomb perhaps ? It was still present in the morning. Delicious Cornish breakfast with the best scrambled egg I’ve ever had , bit mean on the hogs pudding though ! All in all a pleasant stay in an excellent location for my trip to the Princess Pavilions.
