What a great boutique hotel...

Liked: Excellent room and appointments.
Disliked: Booking.com and several websites declared that the Leo Kent offered EV charging. It does not.

Fantastic hotel, nearby everything.

Liked: It is nicely located and has an immaculate and comfortable room with a nice view of the mountains.The WC/ Shower room is spacious and has nice lighting.
Disliked: I suggest that they add a few items to their breakfast and dinner menus, as there are not many options.

Liked: Service was exceptionally BADCouldn’t get coffee. No one took our order until we asked. We were told we needed a voucher which I went to get from the fest. Clerk did not seem to know about any vouchers but eventually found them. We wanted to assign breakfast to room which caused another issue because we had vouchers!!! It was ridiculous!! However the meal once we got us was very good.
Disliked: The traffic noise kept us awake all night.The bed linens looked like they had been slept in- very messy but clean I guess.

Liked: This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the.breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was on the second floor. It was like having a bed on the street. The traffic noise was so profoundly loud. We had earplugs and a noise machine, and couldn't drown out the intense revving and honking and other various traffic chaos below us. We got zero sleep. Our night was truly terrible. Never again, Leo Kent.
