Liked: This is a beautiful hotel and the staff was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the.breakfast.
Disliked: Our room was on the second floor. It was like having a bed on the street. The traffic noise was so profoundly loud. We had earplugs and a noise machine, and couldn't drown out the intense revving and honking and other various traffic chaos below us. We got zero sleep. Our night was truly terrible. Never again, Leo Kent.

Liked: Bed, the property was very nice, the valet service was wonderful, and we loved downtown
Disliked: I wish the front desk was less busy. I called once to get my car and they just never answered. I called another time for the same reason and they didn’t tell the valet. I also disliked that the valet then became openly frustrated with front desk. Things like that shatter the illusion. I would also have liked for the bar/restaurant area to be well lit.
