Liked: The hotel claims to not have anything to do with the third-party website. On the site, it states deposit is charged at the time of booking and I pay $0 at check-in, but I was charged a deposit at the time of check-in which I find to be confusing in and of itself. I would say the left hand doesn’t know what right hand is doing, when it comes to the staff; we were asked the same questions by two different staff members. The hotel is clean and the ambience is pretty modernly-styled. The rooms are clean as well, however the mattresses are firm (if you like your mattress firm this shouldn’t be a problem). We did find a spider under the nightstand on the first night, I do not have a fear of bugs but for others this may be cause for concern. The cleaning crew were very nice ladies, however we gave them a time to come and clean the day prior to our check out and they attempted to enter the room prior to the given time, this is while we still asleep. Additionally, 3 days after my check-out I had to call to receive my final receipt. Traditionally, I’ve seen check-out receipts received same day after room checks are done. I do not believe I would stay here nor recommend this hotel to others.

Disliked: When I arrived at my room the door was open already, the lock on door seemed like it was kicked in before. Really scary, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful it was just frustrating when it was draining very slow. It was really time consuming on working it. Nice hotel but very overpriced

Perfect for the Business Traveler

Liked: Staff was very Friendly and Professional from check in to check out. Room was clean and internet worked perfectly allowing me to conduct business while at the facility.
