Excellent customer service

Liked: Lovely hotel, great position with superb facilities.
Disliked: Initially during my stay I was concerned about security, but I have since contacted the hotel and they were incredibly apologetic and understanding of my concerns. They have gone out of the way to offer a solution and I would highly recommend this hotel on that basis.

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were friendly and the gym is nice.
Disliked: Food in the restaurant was terrible, got it wrong twice for me and then brought me undercooked pink chicken which the restaurant manager then agreed was undercooked and didn't charge me. It was £20 for a salad. Shower door in my room was broken and coming off the hinges, and the shower door opened inwards into the shower making it impossible to turn on the shower to let the water warm up before getting in. No bottled water provided in my room, and no way to call down to reception to ask for some. Then called reception from my mobile and couldn't get through.

Disliked: Room...poor ac service, noisy cooling system. Kids running around on the corridor at night. Poor water pressure

First choice with promotional price

Liked: Breakfast was good. Even as a vegetarian I had some selection of what I want to eat. The bed was really comfortable and the fitness and swimming area is great. I got some kind of promotional price, so it was not overly expensive as well.
Disliked: A little difficult to get to if you are coming from an airport by public transportation

Would not rush back

Liked: Shower was blocked. I ended up clearing blockage. Window in room would not stay open. Far too hot in bathroom thermostat on towel rail not working.Very unhelpful at first in fact refused to alter table about seating 7 for breakfast.

A relaxing midweek in west...

Liked: This hotel provides a very relaxing place to stay. Great facilities. A lovely garden to sit in. Great base to explore Hampton court, Richmond and Kew.
