Disappointing

Disliked: Staying in a building that was separate from the main hotel. The bedroom did not have complimentary still waters. The bathroom was very dated.

Tired in desperate need of...

Liked: Location is great, rooms are small, staff were very helpful and professional. However, I stayed here 5 years ago and it was very good. This time the rooms, decor and furniture are tired in the extreme. I won’t stay again until it’s had a refurb.
Disliked: Tired rooms, standard rooms small. Not the cleanest, double glazed windows but the window seals all gone so very drafty. Also, tea and coffee facility in room just one tea bag per day, pretty mean.!!!

A wonderful place to stay...

Liked: The location was excellent. Parking plentiful. Staff excellent. Booked a standard room. It was as expected. The gym and facilities were excellent. Wi-Fi was brilliant. Supper delicious. Lots of space - a great find.
Disliked: The standard rooms could do with spruce up. However, I was very comfortable and happy and will definitely stay again. The price p/n for the standard room was reasonable.

Great location, well worth a...

Liked: Lovely old building set in beautiful grounds next to Teddington locks. Immaculate sport pitches and tennis courts within walking distance, as is Teddington village. Delicious breakfast and pretty good gym.
Disliked: It’s a bit run-down in parts and we thought the deluxe twin room was pretty average for the cost. Lounge facilities are pretty limited - one large and one very small TV - and it lacked atmosphere in the evening. The steam room was closed for maintenance and the sauna was tiny.

Liked: The location and staff were great as always
Disliked: Probably the smallest room I've been in, I've never been in a rook where I could open the door whilst being in bed. It was definitely a single room that they had crammed a double bed into, the matress was oddly depressed on one side, and the aircon; whilst very useful, was so bloody noisy that I had to use it to cool the room and then turn it off and the hopes that I'd be asleep before it got too hot again.
