Liked: Great staff and lovely hotel!
Disliked: They served breakfast in the sports pub, with big TV screens on, which I did not appreciate.

Liked: The location is great-right there with Back Bay shopping on Newberry Street. All staff are paying attention when you enter or leave. All facilities working and excellently maintained
Disliked: Pillows a little too soft (that is nitpicking)

The staff couldn’t have been...

Liked: The location was amazing and centrally located to everything.
Disliked: Our shower didn’t drain and the toilet took multiple flushes to go down.

Charming, welcoming and comfortable

Liked: Charming boutique hotel with gilded age feel. Food was very good. Staff are outstanding-welcoming, friendly, helpful.
Disliked: Parking in mall garage, but at least there is parking.
