Really enjoyed it. Would stay...

Liked: The room is spacious with large comfortable King beds. The pillows could have been more comfortable. The location was very urban, right in the middle of the action, and yet, the hotel was quiet for sleeping. The beach was a short walk away. The staff were outstanding - very friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The pool is on the small side, narrow and shallow (only came up to my waist in the deepest part).

Liked: The Laylow staff and management went above and beyond to accommodate us. Our ac kept stopping, and they were right there to fix it permanently. They sent a nice gift to our room just to say thank you. Ashley and Suzanne and the AC tech were especially helpful.
Disliked: The ac going out was a bit frustrating but they worked hard to figure out the problem and fix it permanently.

Liked: Great location! Comfortable bed and pillows! Tasty food at restaurant and bar at breakfast,at lunch and at dinner!
Disliked: Wait staff at breakfast was a little disorganized. One of our meals wasn’t delivered until others had finished theirs.

Liked: - Great location- Amazing staff- The water refill station is the best one I've seen!
Disliked: - The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable- Better soundproofing would be great. It can get quite noisy outside (the hotel is located on a busy street), but also you could hear your neighbours
