Liked: Room was clean and the beds were comfy. View was beautiful.
Disliked: Carpets could have used a shampooing. A hair dryer would be nice too

Liked: We were in Houston for the quilting festival...location was perfect for frequent access over the 4 days. Notably the breakfast room server was really really good. Thumbs up
Disliked: Upon arrival late into the hotel straight from airport (...and without our luggage as it hadn't arrived from Heathrow with us!!) there was no recognition of this from tge guy at reception. We expected to experience much more concern and an offer of some basic grooming/hygiene pack. That was our 1st experience!The Lady at front desk offered this the next morning...she was thoughtful...also helped with phone charger unit.Other disappointments ...ordered a late evening meal on the balcony which was late/forgotten. The Mgr did come to apologize and offered drinks on him.One day no soap left in room after cleaning; another day no toilet roll.Felt like a business style 'plug in' hotel where most of what you'd expect was present but the execution from some staff was generally disappointing.
