Disliked: On line check in codes for entry to hotel received just one day before arrival after messaging the hotel several times

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Fantastic room, great shower and kitchen. Everything is included to prepare breakfast or dinner. Good value for the money specially when travelling as a large party.
Disliked: The fridge was a bit small for the size of the apartment, but still managed to be enough on our short stay.

Disliked: problem in communications. Gave me wrong unit # then gave amended unit #, electronic key not functioning (battery bad), obtained code for old fashion lock box, and finally used physical key to enter unit.

Sufficient but a complicated check...

Liked: The room was sufficient for our needs. we were in town for a family member's wedding.
Disliked: The check-in process was disjointed. We were given the wrong link, they had two numbers posted on their signs on the gate; one number was disconnected, and I called the other number which wasn't answered initially and then they called me right back. The codes I needed were provided relatively quickly but it was clear that the person I was talking to was working from home, and talking on his speaker phone, and I was having a really hard time understanding what he was saying. The gate, which everyone was supposed to enter a code to get into for safety, did not close properly and nobody was making an effort to close it because it was difficult to get it to latch. Though we received instructions on what code to enter for our room, no instructions were given on what to do to lock the door from the outside. My husband and I we're outside trying to figure it out at the same time as the couple next door and we finally figured it out but that should have been instruction that was made clear.
