Liked: Fabulous location. Right beside Underground stop. Very friendly staff. Comfortable, nicely decorated rooms. Very clean.

Liked: Beautiful. Clean. Well organised. I had a late check in and Fash who checking us in looked after us and made us feel very comfortable with an upgrade, suggestions for where to order in. He organised our table setting in advance in anticipation of our very delayed order.
