We had a wonderful stay...

Liked: Warm and welcoming environment. More than a hotel stay, it feels like being guests welcomed into the home of good friends, in addition to all the comforts and services that a structure of this level can offer.
Disliked: Toilet brush in the bathroom was missing.

Liked: Good location next to the underground. Boutique hotel with well decorated rooms and a good shower. Quality of the bed.
Disliked: The view from the room and the room size.

Let down by some design...

Liked: The location is excellent.
Disliked: The shower in the spare double is way too small a space. I don’t think it was even 80x80cm! The fan in the shower room should also shut off as soon as the light is switched off as it is so noisy it kept me awake. For a boutique hotel I found the room bland and poky.

A disappointing basement room in...

Liked: Great location
Disliked: My room was in the basement level — which was not made clear when I booked. Had I known I would be placed in a basement I would have booked at another hotel.I had stayed here previously and was given a much better room on a higher floor. The experience this time was a bit disappointing

Disliked: The room looked out on a pretty ordinary back alley… but we didn’t really spend much time there…
