Liked: The room is nice and cute.
Disliked: I called reception in the morning and was assured that I could have a late check-out at 1:00 PM. However, around noon, a staff member knocked on my door. I clearly told him that I had a late check-out (I'm certain he heard me), but he still attempted to open the door. He stopped when my boyfriend intervened. This was a very unsettling experience, and I was genuinely scared

Liked: Location was great and the building is beautiful. The room was very comfortable and bed was lovely.
Disliked: Breakfast was room service but was cold when it arrived and came without any butter for the toast, salt and pepper or condiments. It was disappointing The radio batteries in the bathroom didn’t work which was a shame. I’m sure if we had asked they would have provided new ones.

Liked: Warm and welcoming environment. More than a hotel stay, it feels like being guests welcomed into the home of good friends, in addition to all the comforts and services that a structure of this level can offer.
Disliked: Toilet brush in the bathroom was missing.
