Liked: Beautiful boutique hotel. Fantastic food, cocktails and amazing staff from start to finish. Could not have asked for more. We were treated like royalty. This hotel is absolutely spotless. Rooms were so comfortable. I cannot think of a single thing they need to improve.

Liked: I have stayed at the LaSalle multiple times and always love my stay. The rooms are beautiful, rooms are clean and have lots of room. Also pretty quiet for the most part. And the beds are very, very cozy. Food at The Grill was really great as well
Disliked: I have no complaints. I had a speculation after noticing people going in and out of rooms that my room was next door to a wedding party. I went to the concierge, and they immediately changed my room to another floor without hesitation. The only slight disappointment was that the restaurant was very understaffed and food took a solid hour to be at the table, but everything worked out fine.

I’ll be back!

Nice hotel in a nice...

Liked: Close to attractions and excellent restaurants; easy access to the L blue line to/from O’hare, as well as Uber; efficient elevators.
Disliked: Front desk didn’t have change for a $20 bill except 15 $1 and a five. Room wasn’t fully functional— telephone didn’t work. No instructions on how to operate the switches controlling the drapes.
