Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Immaculately clean.
Disliked: I wasn’t keen on the attic room. I’d make sure I booked a different room next time.

Liked: It was like staying at a friends home. Very kind welcome, coffee, tea and water always awailable. Good and versatile continental breakfast. Good location. I like small hotels like this one.

A lovely stay

Liked: The property was exactly as described. A bit dated decor but everything you needed in the room and bed comfortable. Lots of hot water for showering or bath. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, crumpets croissants with butter and jam and fresh fruit as well as yogurts and fruit salad.

Fantastic value for money, would...

Liked: Staff were so lovely, welcoming and helpful. There was parking available, a joy to not have to worry about that. It is in a great location, easy to walk to everything in Leamington.The room was very comfortable and clean with everything we needed and the breakfast had an amazing selection to choose from.
