Lovely place to stay, really...

Liked: The property is decorated to a high standard and was very clean. The service at breakfast was great, and the breakfast was lovely. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The toilet in our room needs to be replaced, it has areas of damage that make it look grubby and would be any easy fix. The TV in our room would be better positioned with an extendable and rotational wall mount so it can be better positioned for viewing the tv from from the bed

Liked: An excellent home from home experience. Always spotlessly tidy and all the amenities you could possibly want.Katy was a great and most pleasant host. Easy to park for walking into the town.Brilliant breakfast to start the day with an amazing choice of freshly cooked produce.I have stayed here before and although it's slightly dearer than most guest house accommodation, pull out the stops. It's definitely worth it.
Disliked: No tissues in boudoir. Pffft.
