Classic hotel with limited views...

Liked: Clean, well appointed rooms. Comfortable pillows. Bathroom amenities were abundant. Breakfast buffet was great with many options. The staff managing the Whatsapp chats made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Walking distance to Metro and Trains and Barangaroo as well as The Rocks.
Disliked: Bed was hard. In-room dining menu very limited. The pool was functional but not aesthetically available due to the jacuzzi works - half the pool wall was covered in black plastic. I wish the lobby, breakfast area and reception featured the beautiful harbour instead of the street parking. The pool might need to be refurbished.

Liked: Good location 15 mins walk from the Rocks area. Staff were excellent - very friendly & efficient. Really good breakfast choices. Everything you could possibly want and superb quality. Swimming pool was a bonus - we swam every day & really enjoyed the 20m pool.
Disliked: Not a very good bar area - odd shaped & uncomfortable seating. The bar staff were excellent though. The aircon in our room blew down on us from a ceiling vent above the top of the bed. Aircon controls just did their own thing. We ended up sleeping upside down on the second night to avoid another cricked neck.
