Disliked: Honestly we had a bit of a shocker. Our room smelt so bad - like mould and wet carpet. We heard another guy at reception complaining about it. They kept saying they’d call us back - they didn’t. All they did was drop off a “glade” toilet spray and told us to spray it to mask the smell. The next day they moved us but it took us really really having to beg. Disappointed.
