Liked: The smell of fresh flowers as you ride up the escalator, the attentive & helpful staff at reception. The friendly cleaning, & spa staff, wait staff all exceptional to make your stay feel luxurious. The bed, linen & pillows were so comfortable ++++
Disliked: Guests who feel entitled to leave their mess on sundeck area for others to clean upReception handled as soon as they were aware. A nice used towel hamper to put towels might keep area looking tidy between when staff can attend
