Disliked: We had asked for an early check in this did not happen we arrived early left our bags and were told we would get a text when the room was ready, that did not happen and we got into our room at 3-50 ! when I tried to to book direct with the hotel the photo was engaged and although promised a return call it did not happen so I booked with booking dot com. promised a newspaper that did not arrive . love the hotel and the lovely people but the service was less than the 2 previous stays.

Liked: We loved Brett, one of the doorman’s, he greeted us with such a warm and funny welcome so full of personality. Facilities are great and the hotel is beautiful

Disliked: Our room was right next to the lifts. There was no noise from the lifts, but people in the lift lobby were easily heard.
