Liked: Hotel was amazing we have stayed here before, staff were friendly and professional, use of spa and swimming pool a treat.
Disliked: Cleanliness not up to usuall standard, bathroom had big stains on marble floor but was dealt to immediately when we asked room sevice staff, a shopping bag from previous guest was under the chair ( quick vacum)

Liked: Everything was very good, but personally I'm allergic to carpets in bedrooms especially in countries where people never take their shoes off..

Liked: We arrived early due to our long haul flight. There was no lobby area to sit and wait for our room to be ready.
