Best hotel I have stayed...

Liked: Customer service is amazing! We stayed for my daughter’s birthday. They went out of their way to make the stay special for us by having a birthday balloon and bear in the room for her upon arrival and champagne for the adults to celebrate! The hotel is located near many of the most attractive Chicago spots, has great views and the staff is always helpful and accommodating. Rooms are always clean and well stocked!

Liked: The room was comfortable & clean. The shower was amazing. I appreciated all the nice touches & attention to detail.
Disliked: We were on the club floor. It was so amazing & the food was so fantastic we never wanted to leave the hotel.

Outstanding. Truly a wonderful time.

Liked: We loved the room upstairs for the club access. It was so fun and the staff was incredible. The fitness room and spa were next level and incredible experiences! Highly, highly recommend!
Disliked: The key cards were having issues working which made it a little difficult to get into the club and rooms at first.
