Simple, Easy and Clean

Liked: The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Parking was close to the room and my room was near the lobby. This made it easy to enter and leave and the get morning coffee and the nice breakfast. The room was clean and met my needs. There was a good Mexican type restaurant just 100 feet from the hotel with delicious food.
Disliked: Aside from the hallway rug needing a vacuum, maybe it is the sand from the beach, I had no problems with this hotel. My room was perfectly clean, comfortable and modern.

Good stay but of limited...

Liked: Hotel is small but nice. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the Bay Harbor beach, which is literally within walking distance. My room (double bed) was very spacious for local standards. There is also a 24 hrs self-serving point for coffee/tea which is very useful.
Disliked: My room was on 1st floor, which was accessible via three sets of staircases with no elevator (not a problem for me but keep that in mind). Breakfast is available (which is nice) but sitting area is somewhat limited and not always comfortable. Food selection does not include cooked items nor cold items (cheeses, hams and the like).
