Liked: I didn’t like it, I LOVED it! From the decor and ambience to the fantastic facilities, to the incredibly friendly and professional staff. I couldn’t fault this hotel. They upgraded us without any request to an incredible Presidential suite, as we were celebrating my husband’s birthday! The suite was like a dream!! They also treated him to a dessert with a candle whilst the pianist played “Happy Birthday” at the end of our dinner in the Winter Garden restaurant, where we enjoyed a pre-ordered halal meal. The Spa facilities were wonderful too and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments, the pool, sauna, steam room and even utilised the gym before our delicious buffet breakfast! The Landmark hotel took care of our every need and spoilt us beyond our needs too! All in all a truly memorable stay, the perfect way to spend my husband’s birthday! Thank you Landmark. And a special thanks to Anth who served us in the Winter Garden during dinner! He was so friendly, polite, professional and the epitome of hospitality! A Happy New Year to all the staff who make the Landmark what it is…a true gem of a hotel!
Disliked: A little expensive - nightly rates and also spa treatments.

Liked: Location and space.
Disliked: We booked an expensive suite to both celebrate our wedding anniversary and be in London ahead of our daughter appearing in a show in central London on Sunday. The stay was fine until the evening. The hotel was hosting a wedding, we were out on the first floor directly above a live band and disco that went on until 1am. The entire room was shaking with the noise. Not wanting to be unreasonable we waited until 11;30 to check if it was ending soon….only to be told it was going on until 1am and there was “nothing we can do, they have booked half the hotel”. After about 30 minutes of waiting we were offered a double room on a higher floor to sleep in. But the 3 of us would need to sleep in one double bed. Needless to say we stayed where we were.

Nice Christmas Vacation!
Liked: I should begin with room. When you travel to London with your family, if you have more child than one, you need to think about on that seriously. Overall London hotels most probably will present you either a connected room(which charges good money), or they would probably offer a suite, that doesnt meet your requirements comfortably at all nevertheless you pay again a good money. Landmark London is NOT. This room is definetely defined for a family members, which is very large, comfortable with two king size beds and they also provided a bed protection(we requested) to avoid fall down for kids from the bed. Our room was looking inside of the hotel and we even didnt need to open AC to warm up the room. Temperature was fantastic adjusted and this makes us feel safe. Brekfast was fantastic. I have never seen that kind of choices nor in London breakfast culture, neither any hotel stayed in London since many years. I was very wondering about SPA services which I couldnt had chance to use, I believe during the new year period it was almost fully booked or they reduced the spa therapists. Bathroom was great, it has tube and shower at the same time also amenities are qualified.
