Liked: What’s not to like? You enter into a different world where you are cosseted and nothing is too much trouble. Really handy location right by Marylebone Station. Stunning interior and the atrium is spectacular. The staff are all delightful and the evening meal excellent value too. Can’t wait to return! A genuinely lovely experience.

Comparably big rooms, great housekeeping...

Liked: Obviously the dining hall is great and special. The hotel bar was great and the service there too.
Disliked: A lot of corporate events. So, as someone traveling for leisure your feeling somewhat lost and not really appreciated as paying guests.
