Had a great stay and...

Liked: We requested early check in so we could make the most of the day and upon arrival early check in was arranged and our room upgraded. All staff were excellent and very friendly. All of the bars were very good and lunch at The Champagne bar was outstanding. How a club sandwich can taste that good is amazing.
Disliked: Great Central didn't open until 4pm which I though was odd but when it did open there was a really good vibe in there. Our one gripe is in the Winter Garden where we had dinner and breakfast. It was freezing in there but probably hard to keep warm as it's not far away from the hotel entrance. Most people were wearing hoodies and jumpers for breakfast and some had full on winter coats on for dinner. Food was great but it was too cold to sit in for long.
