Liked: The dining area and champagne bar were spectacular. The staff were very helpful polite and most of all friendly remaining professional. The two evening meals along with breakfast were exceptional.

Most beautiful hotel in London....

Liked: The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. Such an oasis of calm in central london. The service was second to none and we were treated like VIPs from the second we arrived with our prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. Orlando our doorman put a smile on our faces and made us feel instantly welcome. The girls in the spa were so friendly and our treatments were excellent, but the highlight was the breakfast buffet, such an incredibly fresh spread with a wonderful selection of fresh fruits, freshly baked pastries and cakes. I am planning my return already.

Liked: It is very beautiful, pleasant atmosphere and quality food.
Disliked: I booked a night to celebrate my little boy's birthday, I expected this to be mentioned somehow by the property (room with a garden view or a balloon or some fruit, but it wasn't, that's it, it was my normal expectation)

Disliked: Rooms need a refurb & plastic plants, not enough loungers in pool area.
