Good

Liked: The hotel is very clean, quiet and cosy. We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Can not fault a single individual. Highly recommend.
Disliked: The phone in the room wasn't working.Charging room service seeing we had already paid a good amount for the hotel stay.

Pleasant enough stay but expensive...

Liked: Position in Carrick is perfect and the staff were generally helpful
Disliked: Rooms are tired. My bedroom was cold and very limited dining menu

I won’t be back

Liked: Great location, staff were just okay
Disliked: Toilet wasn’t clean at all, lifted the toilet seat up and there was old stained pee around it. Bathroom smelled really bad, furniture very badly damaged with scrapes just very worn. no sockets for devices beside the beds
