I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: Staff were lovely, the pool was warm the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. We had one of the best Caesar salads ever in the restaurant for dinner. I really can’t complain about anything.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Basic but did the job

Liked: Good sized comfortable bed. Shower powerful and good.Location good, will be much better when roadworks complete.
Disliked: Carpets could have done with a good clean in rooms, Dinner was very bland/basic and served very quick, likely microwaved but as we couldn't get out due to roadworks without a 15 minute detour it was ok. Other than knife/fork no salt/pepper/condiments provided on tables which is very strange.Access to gym through pool, put me off using pool when everyone just walking through in trainers.Both coffee machines broken at breakfast on second day, not much selection of fruit.

Ok hotel do not park...

Liked: The property is ‘fine’ but in need of refurbishment.
Disliked: The car park is not safe Our car was robbed and vandalised whilst we were there and the hotel’s response was ‘we have no record of you staying with us’ So thanks for that!

Unfortunate, not to be repeated.

Liked: Room required refresh but acceptable.
Disliked: Dinner was served in the bar rather than the Restaurant - Menu was uninspired as was the delivered plate which looked as if it had been 'placed' on the plate by airdrop. Two piece Bed felt as if there were two different levels and moved as you turned over, breakfast was a farce as the 'chef' apparently wouldn't replenish hot food until the existing batch ran out. Beans and Hash Browns totally ran out and weren't replaced - Sausage and egg on one plate and a return visit for Bacon. Croissants ran out and there were no more. Tea and Coffee had one machine barely working then packed in eventually received pot of each after many complaints.
