Disliked: I would suggest the front desk person acknowledge the person in front of them instead of the call coming in...and no towels in the pool area didn't like that there was no microwave in the room weird

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Cozy beds with lots of pillows. Has everything you would need. Modern hotel. Nice decor. Very helpful, friendly staff.
Disliked: Would be nice to have exterior plugs to plug in block heater for vehicles.

Disliked: There was a Christmas party going on downstairs right below our room, and the music was LOUD. Until around 1am. I called the front desk to ask to move rooms, as my daughter was in a performance the next day and needed rest. He told me I couldn’t switch rooms because there was nothing available. When I asked if we could get a later check out, so we could rest because we wouldn’t be resting that night, he said the best he could do was 11:45, 45 minutes later. He was not kind to my concerns at all.If I would have known there was a party directly below my room, we would have never booked here, the floor of my room was literally shaking from the noise.
