Disliked: The cleaning is terrible everything about the hotel is bad except the location

good location, quiet but only...

Liked: breakfast was varied and cooked well. Good location for the tram system

Liked: Breakfast service not particularly good but the service everywhere else was excellent.
Disliked: Same as above one particular staff member was slightly rude for no reason whatsoever. The staff on the other days of our stay were much nicer and very polite

Peaceful stay

Liked: My family and I loved everything about this hotel. it's about 20 minutes from the Amsterdam centraal station by Tram, and there are so many restaurants nearby. There are two tram lines within 3 mins of the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing.

The staff must realize that...

Liked: Room too small for the price. I was placed in the basement floor when I was the one who booked and paid for all the 5 rooms I got. Staff not friendly and not accommodating.
