Liked: The hotel was so clean, including the toilets. loved the decor and art. Interior design has been executed well. Room was amazing.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything i didn't like.

Quirky, fun and great location

Liked: This is one our favorite places to stay in London - quirky and centrally located and the staff are exceptional.Comfy beds and spacious bathrooms with heated toilet seats! Stunning restaurant in the grand hall
Disliked: The pillows are a little soft, it would be good to get a variety of pillows to choose from

Great hotel, great breakfast!!

Liked: Great hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. Some bits are looking a little tired, I guess maintenance is an ongoing job!The Indian breakfast was delicious!!
Disliked: Nothing we didn’t like, just disappointing that the bar closed at 10:30 for residents and that a service charge was applied on top of your drinks.

Disappointing, our expectations were not...

Liked: The restaurant was excellent, and the restaurant staff were superb. I would highly recommend people go there to eat. The public rooms were impressive and well styled.
Disliked: The check in was poor, the male receptionist was brusque and did not make us feel welcome. A very poor start to our 3 night 3 room stay. The bedrooms look directly into peoples apartments 2 mts away. This cannot be helped in a city but there were no voiles or screening to defect the view so the main curtains had to be closed in the day time which is not satisfactory. The rooms are very plain, verging on being clinical.
