Disliked: They gave us a discount voucher for diner and although we put the meal on the room no discount was applied. I forgot to check before leaving.

Very impressive hotel in a...

Liked: The location. The building was fabulous. The gallery. The size of the room, bedding, shower and toilet.
Disliked: The check in was the worst of any hotel stay I have ever had. The lady checking us in was so incredibly rude. I felt so embarrassed I blushed and nearly cried. I still can’t stop thinking about it. Absolutely awful.

Liked: Great location and lovely building. Staff were polite although not great at fixing problems which is probably a training issue
