Liked: The setting of the hotel is lovely, the interiors stunning and check in was a lovely experience.
Disliked: No residents bar available. Parts of the room looked a little tired.

Warm, welcoming,elevated experience!

Liked: Location, tranquility, parking, interior, spa, food, warmth of service…everything!
Disliked: Ramp to enter the building for the physically challenged.

Great Location and Great hotel

Liked: Great location close to Tower Bridge. Room very comfortable spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good. Very nice outside terrace. Would definitely recommend.
Disliked: Sometimes the buffet at breakfast wasn’t being topped up.

Liked: Dated and tired facilities (broken tiles and mould in the bathroom), but lovely and very helpful staff + great location and small touches (like a free minibar)
