Liked: the hotel is very classy, big rooms, the facility is well equipped and feels luxurious and welcoming. the small bonuses such as a bubbly at the welcome and the smur kit (with the fireplaces outside) were unexpected and made this visit unforgettable.
Disliked: the receptionist who welcomed us was very unkind to us and made us feel unwanted (!!). it felt as she was either having a bad day or just didn't want us to stay at the hotel (for no reason..). fortunately one of the bellboys managed to overcome that and chased us (!!) with the glass of bubbly which was supposed to be offered to us upon checking in. As a very frequent traveler, the check-in experience affects 50% of the overall experience, and this one was surely extremely bad. all the rest was simply perfect!
