Experience of a lifetime

Liked: The room, the view, the food, the staff. This hotel was by far the best accommodation we experienced on our 3 week tour of Ireland, in fact probably the best I have ever stayed in. I would return to Ireland just to stay here.

Liked: Killarney is my favorite place in Ireland and the natural beauty of the place keeps bringing me back. The Lake Hotel is spread across massive area, with lake shore, deers, amazing views of Co. Kerry mountains, and has exceptional breakfast and dinner menu at the onsite bistro and restaurant. There was plenty onsite parking.
Disliked: I've nothing to add here. Everything was exceptionally good and I will love to go back again soon.

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was top class, service and part self-service. Dining room, tablecloths changed after each guest. View of lake and castle excellent.

Disliked: very disappointed that an extra charge was in place for the hotel swimming pool. Charge of €20 per usage. This was not clear at time of booking, or at check-in. Charge for additional spas etc would be understandable but one would expect use of pool for a four star hotel to be included in the price of room booking
