Disliked: This was probably my 10th stay at Koorabup, but this time I felt unwelcome. The desk clerk (blond guy) was uninterested and asking the cleaner if my room was ready, was a heavy task for him and it was obvious he didn’t want to be here, overall feeling was not welcoming.Room was clean but not everything: dirty cups, wet tea towel in cupboard, dirty sponge and windowsill hadn’t been cleaned in a while (see photos).

Liked: Great location. No sink to wash dishes. Grounds need some care. Staff friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The place had a musky smell like mold in the room. I had to have the windows open for long period on time

Great service prior to visit...

Liked: Was booked for 2 nights but left after 1 due to one of the children's beds being covered in Ants and the water smelling of sulphur (rotten eggs). They couldn't shower or even brush their teeth.

Disliked: Hair in bed staff advised ,hair can attach to any sheets. maybe sheets washed but not pressed therefore grey coloured white sheets. staff friendly
