Liked: It was a good location for going to the theater and dinner. Not too far from Penn Station. The room and bathroom were spacious. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was not well lit. Hallways monochromatic and dark. Not a fan of the "modern" look hotels have been adopting.

Liked: Only dislike the views (our room had a window to the inside of the building) which make the room pretty dark and the fact we didn’t know the building was being renovated

Great hotel, but was called...

Liked: The hotel is in an amazing location, and was very clean and well presented with big rooms. We had a family of 4 say and there was plenty of room for all of us.
Disliked: Two things:1. I was called an A$$hole by onne of the doormen (KJ) when I didn't leave him a tip2. I was charged an additional stay, AFTER I had checked out, with no explanation, and I'm still waiting for them to reply to my email (hence this review prompt came before I have their reply, so I'm rating it based on where I am at this moment)

Liked: The rooms, bathrooms and space is really beautiful and big. There’s cupboard space, it’s very pretty and clean. The staff are helpful and the location is perfect.
Disliked: We booked two rooms as we travel with our kids - both rooms were not ready on time and it’s only fair to have the rooms ready for checking in at 4pm as checkout isn’t delayed. We had to wait till 6pm for one of the rooms.

Liked: The beds are super comfy & rooms were really clean. The location is also perfect with everything you could ever need or want right around the corner. Having Bryant park nearby was also great.
Disliked: The rooms are falling apart & permanent stains are visible across carpet, couch & walls. Considering the pricing - I expect at least maintenance to be top-notch & well taken care off, this is not the case here.
