Liked: It was a good location for going to the theater and dinner. Not too far from Penn Station. The room and bathroom were spacious. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The room was not well lit. Hallways monochromatic and dark. Not a fan of the "modern" look hotels have been adopting.

Liked: Location near the time square
Disliked: Very very loud and old hotel - would definitely not stay there again. $500 for a room per night which definitely doesn’t meet the standards and the criteria of a 5* hotel. Staff was nice tho.

Liked: Great location with access to TSq, 5th and 6th ave. Free upgrade to superior room.
Disliked: Facade was under construction which wasn't ideal, some parts of the room are dated/lookinh tired and should be see to.

Disliked: Very old interiors (not in a good way). Definitaly need renovation and upgrade

Liked: Staff was amazing with us.
Disliked: We stayed at room 603, staff had a door near our room and one could always here them opening and closing the door. It was a bit disturbing when trying to sleep

Disappointing

Liked: Supervis collaboration
Disliked: 1. The price is high, in the end you live in a box. 2. The reception staff is very uncooperative, and when I asked to change the appointment, I only found cooperation from the supervisor. 3. The cost of parking the car is imaginary and completely unjustified. 4. The rooms are very narrow, you can't find a place to put your bags. 5. Inside the rooms, you open the closet and find the air conditioning pipes that made all my clothes smell like cigarettes.
