Cosy hotel in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location, room was very nice - decor was lovely, shower was excellent, comfy bed, quiet room

Liked: Staff are friendly and helpful. The interior decoration gives a sense of place/culture/history etc . The location is near to shopping areas. Easy access for taxi and wheelchair access too.
Disliked: more seating in the foyer, perhaps…

Liked: Breakfast was lovely and room was clean and tidy. Staff were polite and informing.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the bed was two single beds pushed together. It was pretty uncomfortable

Kirkwall Hotel - we had...

Liked: We had a harbour view room and it was great, always something to look at. Ours was a comfortable large, stylish room. Friendly staff. In a very lovely town. The bus from our 11pm ferry dropped us literally outside and arriving late felt absolutely fine.
Disliked: We liked this stay a lot. The breakfast buffet was busy when we were down but everything got topped up within a couple of minutes. No complaints from us.
