Nervous at start....then turned out...

Liked: When someone answered the phone after 30 mins call due to late arrival.
Disliked: Waiting outside for 30+ mins .About to book another hotel....but decided to call the after hours number for the last time after 8 attempts. FINALLY GOT THROUGH AFTER THEIR OPERATORS "WERE NOT BUSY ANY MORE FROM HIGH CALL ACTIVITY "
